Sabachar Studio specializes in imported clothing sourced globally. International sizing formats are converted to align with South African sizes. A size chart is available on our website to guide you in selecting the right fit.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Placing Orders:
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive confirmation once your payment is processed.

4.2. Payments:
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (debit/credit cards, EFT’s, or other accepted methods)

4.3. Payment Fraud and Security:

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their payment details and account information.
• Sabachar Studio is not liable for unauthorized transactions arising from user negligence.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions may require additional verification or result in order cancellation.

You agree to indemnify Sabachar Studio against any claims or losses resulting from unauthorized use of payment information or fraudulent transactions initiated by the user or third parties.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping Costs and Timelines:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and delivery timelines are typically 3–7 business days within South Africa.

5.2. Risk of Loss:

– Users must provide accurate delivery information
-Once delivered to your designated address, the risk passes to you.

5.3. Tracking:
Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns Policy:

• Notify us within 48 hours if you wish to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

6.2. Refunds:

• Approved refunds are processed as credit notes or monetary refunds.
• Sale and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
• If you haven’t received an approved refund, please check with your bank and contact us at info@sabchar.co.za

6.3. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized items (based on our size chart).
